Jozi Black delivers premium chauffeur services across Johannesburg and Gauteng. From point-to-point transfers and flight-tracked airport pick-ups to hourly chauffeur hire and tailored event transport for matric dances and year-end functions, every journey is delivered with professionalism, discretion and comfort.
Transfer Only — Point-to-Point Private Transfers
For direct point-to-point transfers (e.g., Sandton → Rosebank, hotel → meeting), Jozi Black charges per kilometre with a minimum fee per trip. This option includes the vehicle and professional chauffeur, bottled water and a direct transfer (no waiting included unless requested).

Per km rates
- Standard (BMW 3 Series / Audi A4) — R14 / km — Minimum fee R500
- Executive (BMW 5 Series / Mercedes E-Class) — R16 / km — Minimum fee R700
- Luxury (BMW 7 Series / Mercedes S-Class) — R22 / km — Minimum fee R1,000
- Van (Hyundai H-1 / Mercedes Vito) — R18 / km — Minimum fee R750
Includes: chauffeur, bottled water, direct transfer only (no waiting unless booked).
Airport Transfers — OR Tambo & Lanseria
We provide reliable transfers to and from OR Tambo and Lanseria. Choose a simple pick-up/drop-off service charged at the per-km rate (minimums apply), or upgrade to our Greet & Collect service where the chauffeur personally meets the guest at arrivals and assists with luggage.
Options & pricing :
Option 1 — Pick-up or Drop-off Only: Charged at the per-km rates listed under Transfer Only (minimum fee applies).
Option 2 — Greet & Collect Service: + R750 flat fee (chauffeur meets guest on arrival, assists with luggage and ensures a safe transfer).
Inclusions: flight monitoring (we track flights), meet & greet (if Option 2 selected), bottled water, chauffeur assistance.
Chauffeur Service — Hourly & Full-Day Hire
Hire a dedicated chauffeur for hourly or full-day use — ideal for meetings, roadshows, filming, or executive day support. Rates below follow the client’s rate card. All chauffeur hires include the driver’s time, driving between jobs and vehicle operation; per-km charges may apply as noted.
Hourly Hire (minimum 2 hrs):
- Standard — R400 / hr (+ R/km driven)
- Executive — R650 / hr (+ R/km driven)
- Luxury — R800 / hr (+ R/km driven)
- Van — R500 / hr (+ R/km driven)
Full-Day Hire (8 hrs):
- Standard — R3,900 (+ R/km driven)
- Executive — R5,500 (+ R/km driven)
- Luxury — R7,100 (+ R/km driven)
- Van — R4,700 (+ R/km driven)
Notes: Minimum 2 hours for hourly hire. Waiting time beyond package billed at hourly rate. Per-km extra applies for distance travelled beyond local repositioning.
Add-Ons & Surcharges
All rates include vehicle, professional chauffeur and complimentary bottled water. Additional charges apply for after-hours, waiting time and optional extras.
- Waiting time: R150 per 15 minutes after grace period.
- After-hours (22:00–05:00): +20% surcharge.
- Return trips: 10% discount (applies to prebooked return).

Corporate Packages
Corporate packages include priority scheduling, consolidated invoicing and an assigned account contact. For volume bookings or recurring needs we’ll prepare a tailored proposal and onboarding pack.
- Corporate Black — 30 hrs Executive usage — R15,000 / month
- Elite Retainer — 50 hrs Luxury usage — R35,000 / month
- Event Partner — On-call chauffeur for events and launches — Custom quote
Events & Matric Dances — Event Transport
Jozi Black provides bespoke event transport packages for year-end functions and matric dances. Packages include vehicle allocation, convoy/logistics management on request, optional chaperones and parent/guardian coordination when required.
Starter packages (use client add-ons & deposit rules):
- Standard: From R1,200 / vehicle — uniformed chauffeur, bottled water, basic coordination.
- Executive: From R1,650 / vehicle — event coordinator support, signage where permitted, optional chaperone.
- VIP: From R2,400 / vehicle — red-carpet arrival, formal chauffeur attire, extended waiting allowance.
Event ops note: Standard deposit to secure event booking is 30%. Cancellation rules and waiting time charges follow the Rates page policies.
Private Tours & Day Hires
Private tours to Pilanesberg, Sun City, Cradle of Humankind and local Johannesburg itineraries are available. We’ll plan the route, suggest timing, and supply the right vehicle for your group.
Includes: suggested itineraries, vehicle recommendations, optional lunch or attraction bookings (arranged on request).

Services FAQs
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes — we monitor flights and adjust pick-up times. Option 2 (Greet & Collect) is available for R750 extra and includes a meet & greet and luggage assistance.
What is your wait time policy?
Grace periods and charges per the rate card: waiting time R150 per 15 minutes after the free allowance (airport arrivals free allowance applies as noted on booking).
Are child seats available?
Child seats and other add-ons must be requested at booking. Please select them in the booking form.
How are return trips charged?
Return trips booked as a pair receive a 10% discount on the combined booking.
What are the after-hours surcharges?
After-hours (22:00–05:00) attract a +20% surcharge.
