Rates & Packages
We price our services transparently so you know what to expect. Below are the official Jozi Black rates (from the client rate card): per-km transfer rates, airport options, hourly and full-day chauffeur hire, event packages and corporate retainers. All rates include vehicle, professional chauffeur and complimentary bottled water. Additional charges apply for after-hours, waiting time and optional extras.

Transfer only: Per km rates
Point-to-point private transfers (e.g., Sandton → Rosebank, hotel → meeting). Includes chauffeur and bottled water. Direct transfers only (no waiting included).

Airport Transfers: OR Tambo & Lanseria
Transfers to/from OR Tambo and Lanseria may be charged using the per-km rates above (minimum fee applies). Optional upgrade:
Greet & Collect: chauffeur meets the guest at arrivals, assists with luggage and escorts to the vehicle — + R750 flat fee.
Chauffeur Service: Hourly & Full-Day Hire
Chauffeur Service: Hourly & Full-Day Hire. Hourly hire (minimum 2 hours). Full-day = 8 hours. Per-km charges may apply in addition to time-based fees.

EVENTS & MATRIC PACKAGES
Includes: uniformed chauffeur, vehicle for agreed slot, bottled water, basic coordination.
Includes: Standard + event coordinator support, signage where permitted, optional chaperone.
Standard deposit 30% to secure booking. Cancellation and waiting policies follow the Rates page rules.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES & POLICIES
- Waiting time: R150 per 15 minutes after grace period
- After-hours (22:00–05:00): +20% surcharge
- Return trips: 10% discount on prebooked return pair
- Add-ons: Champagne R400 · Flowers R350 · Wi-Fi R100 · Snacks R100
Microcopy: All add-ons must be requested at time of booking. After-hours and waiting surcharges will appear on booking confirmation.
CORPORATE PACKAGES
- Corporate Black — 30 hrs Executive usage — R15,000 / month
- Elite Retainer — 50 hrs Luxury usage — R35,000 / month
- Event Partner — On-call chauffeur for events and launches — Custom quote
Corporate clients receive priority scheduling, consolidated invoicing and an assigned contact. For bespoke corporate pricing request a proposal.

Are these prices final?
Rates shown are “from” prices and will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, waiting time or unusual parking/tolls.
How is waiting time charged?
Waiting is charged at R150 per 15 minutes after the free allowance.
What is the Greet & Collect service?
Greet & Collect is a meet & greet service at arrivals for + R750 which includes luggage assistance and escort to the vehicle.
Do return trips get a discount?
Yes — prebooked return trips receive a 10% discount on the combined booking.
How are corporate packages billed?
Monthly invoicing is available. We’ll supply an account onboarding form and invoice terms on request.
