FLEET POLICIES
Luggage guidance: standard luggage allowance shown per vehicle — oversize items must be declared at booking.
Child seats: R150 each (request at booking).
Waiting time: Airport arrivals 60 minutes free; other pickups 15 minutes free. Thereafter charged R150 per 15 minutes.
After-hours: 22:00–05:00 +20% surcharge.
Return trips: 10% discount for prebooked return trips.
Event & matric: deposits (30%) recommended; vehicle allocation depends on group size.
